<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container, of which a spout can be formed by wrenching off the container with fingers without using scissors and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A web-shaped packing material is shaped into a tube, which is filled with content liquid, and both ends of the tube are sealed up with a horizontal line seal, which is then cut to form the paper container. In this paper container for beverage and the like, at least one cut-out is formed on the horizontal line sealed part. Upon wrenching the cut-out, the paper container easily starts breaking from the cut-out, allowing a consumer to easily wrench off the part of the paper container with his or her fingers without using any tool to form the spout on the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
