FUSED PROTEIN COMPRISING TWO DIFFERENT SELECTED MARKERS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a recombinant protein which improves the identification accuracy of the expression of a gene encoding a targeted protein by expressing a fused protein comprising two different selected markers.

SOLUTION: The identification accuracy of the expression of a gene encoding the targeted protein is improved by binding two different selected markers comprising a medicine-resistant gene and a reporter gene to each other, binding the product to a gene encoding the targeted protein, and expressing a recombinant protein containing the fused protein. Further, the medicine-resistant gene is bound to the reporter gene through a base sequence encoding an intervening amino acid sequence to adjust the expression of the cytotoxicity and reporter function of the medicine-resistant gene and the reporter gene to host cells.
