PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-inflammatory/analgesic eye drop containing loxoprofen or a medically acceptable salt thereof and good at its bioavailability. SOLUTION: This eye drop, adjusted to pH 5.0-7.4, contains loxoprofen or a medically acceptable salt thereof in an amount of having therapeutic effect through being transformed into a metabolic activator by a ketone reductase present in the eyes, or contains 2-[p-(trans-2-hydroxycyclopentylmethyl) phenyl]propionic acid as the activator or a medically acceptable salt thereof.
