PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive material for blast working by which fine resin burrs generated on the molded work-piece of a mold package such as an IC and a compact precise electric part can be removed with well efficiency without impairing an appearance by grinding more than it is needed. SOLUTION: The fine resin burrs generated on the molded work-piece of the mold package such as the IC and the compact precise electric part can be removed with well efficiency without impairing the appearance by grinding a piece to be ground more than it is needed, since grinding capability is improved in comparison with a general soft abrasive material because an epoxy resin including silica is based by applying a blast working abrasive material made by milling and classifying a thermo-setting epoxy resin including silica of 60-95%.
