PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable arrangement of a headrest backward of the head of a passenger when a wheelchair is boarded whole ensuring a broad pathway for getting on and off with which the wheelchair can be boarded or left from the backward of the body. SOLUTION: In a vehicle for the wheelchair with which the passenger on the wheelchair can get on and off and drive while keeping sitting position on the wheelchair, a lifting mechanism having a floor board that opens to the backward and with which getting on and off of the wheelchair is possible from the backward to the floor board by rising and falling at least the backpart of the floor board, a roughly gate shaped roll bar that is connected to the back of the vehicle and forms the pathway for getting on and off of the wheelchair between the back part of the floor board, and a movable headrest device that is installed in the roll bar and can be maintained in a using position where the headrest is advanced to the pathway for getting on and off and in a receiving position retreated from the pathway for getting on and off, are installed.
