<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gasket for a medical instrument, the medical instrument using it as well as a syringe and the gasket for the medical instrument which have the stable quality, not interrupting their molded forms and functions regardless of the limited gate position. <P>SOLUTION: The gasket for the medical instrument 1 made of a material for injection molding is composed of a blockaded end of the forefront 3, a top portion of the gasket 21 installed in the central neighborhood of an outer section of the blockaded end of the forefront 4 and a concave for fixing a plunger, where the top portion of the gasket 21 is a gate position for an inflow of a melted material that can be injection-molded, further the gasket 1 is equipped with a protrusion 7 in a position corresponding to the top portion of the gasket 21 in the inner surface of the blockaded end of the forefront and a protrusion 6 composed of a plurality of ribs 8 that radially extend from the protrusion 7 and reaching the lateral side 9 of the concave 2 for fixing the plunger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
