PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film with which a package formed by food packaging, especially, automatic filling packaging is shrunk by heat treatment such as boil sterilization or retort sterilization or the like and wrinkles and unevenness are hard to generate on the surface of the package in an adhesion packaged state, the package having surface gloss is formed, and its flexibility, handling properties of the packaged products in production process and take out properties of the contents filled and packaged are excellent. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable laminated film which is obtained by laminating a film (b) of heat sealing properties on both surfaces of a gas barrier film (a), then, by laminating the film (b) having the heat sealing properties on both surfaces of the heat-shrinkable laminated film and the gas barrier film (a) having loop stiffness of the entire heat-shrinkable laminated film not greater than 1.5 gf/20 mm. Either a film (a) or a film (b) is composed of multilayer, both of the film (a) and the film (b) are stretched and oriented, either the film (a) or the film (b) has the heat-shrinkable properties having the loop stiffness of the entire heat-shrinkable laminated film of 1.5 gf/20 mm or less.
