PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope adaptor as an objective of this invention, which is capable of immediately switching an illuminating light from a usual light source and that from a special light source and executing techniques designed for the endoscope easily and smoothly. SOLUTION: The adaptor is provided with an adaptor body 21 connected with a connector for connecting a light source of the endoscope, and which adaptor body 21 is equipped with a first light guide connector 23 connected with a first light source, and a second light guide connector 34 connected with a second light source, where either the first illuminating light led from the first light source through the first light guide connector 23 or the second illuminating light to be led from the second light source through the second light guide connector 34 is selected and is made incident to an illuminating light incidence part of the endoscope 1.
