PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing mechanism for a storing device by which operability in an application state can be highly maintained, and the appearance of a design body in a storing state can be properly kept. SOLUTION: When an operation board 21 is changed and arranged from the storing position for storing the operation board 21 inside of the rear face R side of an instrument panel 15 to a use position exposed to the outside of the instrument panel 15 via a changing mechanism 30, the operation board 21 is displaced so that the upper face 21a of the operation board 21 is inclined upward in the changing direction from the storing position to the use position.
