PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently display an inherent function of an air bladder under excellent durability by smoothing and facilitating a proper rim assembly of a safe tire housing the air bladder. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 10 is arranged on a crown area 11 opposed to the inner face of a tread part 4 and a side part area 7 opposed to the inner face of a bead part 6 of the air bladder 3 making a hollow circular ring as a whole, and on a basic part area 9 contacted from a bead taw 8 of the tire over a bead sheet BS of a rim R, and an inside diameter d of the air bladder before inside filling is in a range of 98-105% of a rim diameter D of a standard rim R.
