<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positively filling grease into a fitted part of a sliding plate arranged inside a multistage boom pipe body in a multistage boom. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle pipe 3 is fitted to a squirt hole 2a of a spray can 2 filled with a prescribed quantity of grease by pressing-in, and a cap 71a sealing a through hole 71 of a first stage boom pipe body 11 in the multistage boom 1 is removed. The nozzle pipe 3 is inserted in the respective through holes 71-73 so that the tip 3 is put in a state of abutting the upper face 24a of an upper face sliding plate 24. A press button 2b of the spray can 2 is then pressed to spurt the grease toward the upper face sliding plate 24 from the tip 3a through the nozzle pipe 3. The grease is spurted out with prescribed pressure from the tip 3a, and the grease 6 is pressed in and filled in a clearance part 5 between the upper face 24a of the upper face sliding plate 45 and a lower face 13a of a lower wall part of a facing third stage boom pipe body 13 over a required range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
