STRUCTURE OF SUCTION PART OF JET BATH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of a suction part of a jet bath, which can suck water only in a condition a suction cover is attached on. SOLUTION: A suction box 1 is equipped on a bathtub 3 and a connection port 4 to be connected to a pump side is integrally equipped on the suction box 1. A cylinder 5 is rotatably equipped in the suction box 1 and a hole part 7 corresponding to a communicating opening 6 in the suction box is equipped on the cylinder 5. A suction cover 8 is placed so as to cover a suction port 2 and the attaching cylinder 9 of the suction cover 8 is inserted through the cylinder 5 to rotatably support the suction cover 8. The engaging projection 10 of the attaching cylinder 9 and the engaging groove 11 of the cylinder 5 are engaged so that the engaging projection can be inserted in/out. A cylinder presser 12 is mounted on the suction port 2 and a penetrating cut-off 13 into which the engaging projection 10 can be inserted is equipped on the inner periphery of the cylinder presser 12. The position relation is set to match the engaging groove 11 to the penetrating cut-off 13 in a condition the communicating opening 6 is closed by the cylinder 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
