<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact low-cost soaking apparatus for brewing having a simple mechanism and easy maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: This batch continuous soaking apparatus is such that a supply device 1 with a mechanism to discharge in batch continuation a raw material, a rice-washing device (a rice-washing tank 13) to wash the raw material, a soaking tank 2 having a mechanism to discharge polished rice to the bottom, and a water dripping discharging device (a water dripping container 16) at the lower space of the soaking tank 2 are each arranged in serial order in relation to the movement of the raw material. The supply device 1, the rice- washing device 13, the soaking tank 2 and the water dipping discharging device 16 are each vertically arranged so as to make the apparatus compact as a whole, simplify the mechanism and make the flow of the raw material smooth. The movement of the raw material among each of the devices is done by naturally falling and shower nozzles 18 and 19 to jet air or water forcibly removing polished rice attached to the inside are set up when discharging the raw material from the tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
