PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive automatic fire extinguisher which can be supplied at a low cost, allows an easy installation and an easy maintenance, and extinguishes fire at an early stage by sure activation. SOLUTION: The automatic fire extinguisher (A) is equipped with a tank (2) containing fire extinguishing chemicals (1) and a chemical spurting mechanism (3) which spurts fire extinguishing chemicals (1) to the outside of the tank (2) by supplying a pressuring medium into the inside of the tank (2) with the activation by the detection of temperature. The chemical spurting mechanism (3) is equipped with a cylinder (6) where the pressuring medium is enclosed, firing pins (62, 63) capable of sticking an opening (61) of the sealed cylinder (6), and an inflater (33) equipped with an igniter (36) and a combustible agent (7) to move the firing pins (62, 63).
