<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone cement composition capable of controlling fluidity performance, having strong strength, and giving a uniform radiographic image. <P>SOLUTION: This cement contains a polymerization initiator by 0 to ≥5% in adjustable concentration. These beads may contain an opalizer. These polymerization initiator and opalizer may distributed in the whole beads, in a specific radial region, or in specific layers selectively, and also may be distributed in advantageous sized beads selectively.
