PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rice cooking facility for business, which can cater delicious rice similar to one by a gas burner type cooker. SOLUTION: This automatic rice cooking facility for business is equipped with a steaming means to steam a number of cooking pots, during the pots are conveyed, by high temperature steam by radiation heat from steam pipes equipped in a tunnel furnace to cover a steaming conveyor which cooking pots after cooking are moved to and conveyed through.
