PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for producing a noodle efficiently imparted with a corrugated design in a single step. SOLUTION: This machine works as follows. A fluid food material is pressurized and fed as shown by the arrow C (in Fig.) into a nozzle 8 having an ellipsoidal delivery port 11 at the tip of a cylindrical tube 10, extruded continuously via the port 11, formed in a strip with its thickness regulated by the minor axis 11c-11c of the port 11 and its width by the major axis 11a-11b, and meandered like a shape 2a-2b-2c into the objective corrugated noodle 1.
