<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin conditioner which can be more easily applied to a finger and a palm when a fingerprint and a palm print are read from the finger and the palm by using a detector, and which makes a fingerprint authentication rate good, even when used for a person suffering from hyperhidrosis, a person having oily skin, a person having dry skin or a person having a thin fingerprint ridge. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, this skin conditioner, which is applied for use to the finger and the palm, is a gel composition which is constituted by retaining a solvent containing an oil and fat component. Preferably, the oil and fat component is predominantly composed of a polyhydric alcohol with hydrophilic properties, and the gel composition is a foamed gel composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
