PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent plastic containers piled up on a pallet from falling down from the pallet due to static electricity. SOLUTION: For reversely charging plastic container groups 11a and 11e in the outer periphery of plastic container groups 11a-11e, ion generators 10 are fixed on respective side faces of the plastic container groups 11a, 11e for preventing the plastic container groups 11a, 11e from falling down from the pallet 6.
