PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape for carrier for electronic parts which is efficiently produced and has low-temperature heat-seal property, and prevents the reduction of seal strength when exposed at high temperature and in which the electronic parts are taken out without contact with the cover tape, and also to provide a carrier for the electronic parts equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The cover tape for carrier for the electronic parts is constituted such that a sealant layer and a support layer are integrated through a middle layer. The sealant layer contains LDPE or LLDPE, an antistatic agent, an adhesive agent having a softening temperature of 100°C≥, and an adhesive agent having a softening temperature of <100°C. This cover tape has low- temperature heat-sealing property and very good seal strength and is efficiently produced. The electronic parts are not adhered to the cover tape for carrier of the electronic parts when the electronic parts are taken out of the cover tape for carrier of the electronic parts, thus installation process is smoothly carried out.
