PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wiper device capable of suppressing rattling sound generated by a lifted wiper blade, improving appearance, and decreasing the number of parts and assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: A slider 34 is integrally provided on a wiper blade 14 so as to deflect to a wiper arm 12 side in regard to a support shaft 32, and a notch portion 24 is formed on a side wall 18A of a retainer 16. A base portion 36 of the slider 34, a longitudinal base end portion of a primary lever 26, and a posture holding portion 44 of a holding block 40 are provided to be stored in an inner cavity part of the retainer 16 formed to have a C-shaped cross-section by a pair of side walls 18A, 18B and an upper wall 20. When the wiper blade 14 is lifted up, the wiper blade 14 is held in a specified posture and prevented from rattling. The wiper blade 14 is smartly lifted up, and the appearance thereof is improved.
