PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container which has end locking blocks, of which the plan shape is almost L-shaped and arranged on both ends of opposed sides of the bottom and a placing part, which the lower end of a side wall can be brought closer to or made in contact with, is formed on each end locking block, so that load can be born by both placing part and the side wall, even if the load is applied from above to the erect side wall, to make hinges free from the load, thus preventing damage to the hinges. SOLUTION: The folding container has side walls 2, 3 surrounding the bottom 1, and the side walls can be folded to be stacked on the bottom. The end locking blocks 1j, of which the plan shape is almost L-shaped, are formed on both ends of opposed sides of the bottom. Each end locking block comprises the placing part 1j1 which the lower end of the side wall can be brought closer to or made in contact with, and projections 1j3, 1j4, which is projected upward further than the placing part and into which a bottom fitting part 1' can be fitted.
