PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the defecation method and the defecation apparatus that can easily be handled for compulsory defecation and disposable so that the cost can be controlled. SOLUTION: A tube body 2 is inserted from its forefront into a long bag 3 so that it can be inserted in the intestine through the anus, and a leading edge of the bag body 3 is fastened to form a traction member toward the outside from an inner portion of the tube.
