PURPOSE: Provided are a hair coloring composition containing 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone and a manufacture method thereof, thereby normally coloring hair and simultaneously maintaining the hair coloring composition transparent. CONSTITUTION: A hair coloring composition is characterized by containing 0.1-30 wt.% of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone based on the total weight of the composition. It further comprises at least one selected from fatty alcohol, surfactant, fatty acid and purified water.
