PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing a therapeutic and prophylactic agent of angina pectoris using an incense extract and the therapeutic and prophylactic agent produced therefrom. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a therapeutic and prophylactic agent includes the steps of concentrating 93.4% of sugar, 5% of flour and a proper amount of water while heating the mixture at a high temperature of about 150 deg.C; mixing the resulting extract with 1.5% of a dilution of a perfume in water, 0.1% of Kyphi and 0.01% of menthol; and filtering the resulting mixture. The dilution of a perfume in water is produced by diluting a perfume in water in a ratio of a perfume to water of 1:40. The perfume acts instead of oxygen in a human body.
