PURPOSE: A chatting method is provided to enable a customer to easily chat with a consultant in a capacity of a temporary member even though the customer is not a regular member of a web site. CONSTITUTION: A customer, who wants to receive a chatting consulting service, accesses a chatting consulting server of a web site(S100). The customer requests the chatting consulting server to make a registration as a temporary member by inputting simple personal data such as a resident registration number, a real name, or a nickname on a web page. The server stores the simple personal data at a database(S110). The server issues a temporary ID to the customer(S120), and offers various chatting functions for enabling the customer to chat with a consultant(S130).
