PURPOSE: A system for calculating car insurance premium and managing a car operation is provided to collect and analyze car operation record data, calculate a car insurance premium, or to offer various data to a car driver based on the analysis data. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a car(110), a driver card(130), a central computer management system(200), a car insurance company system(300), a call center(400), a mobile car overhaul equipment(510) and a fixed car overhaul equipment(530). The car(110) installs a self diagnosis device(111) and a GPS(Global Positioning System, 112) for transmitting self diagnosis data to a satellite. The driver card(130), issued to the driver, includes a magnetic stripe for storing credit data of the driver, and an IC chip for storing data of the car and the car insurance. The central computer management system(200) calculates a car insurance premium by using the car diagnosis data transmitted via the GPS of the car(110) and the call center(400), and the car overhaul data transmitted via the overhaul equipment(510,530). The central computer management system(200) transmits the calculated premium to the car insurance company system(300). The call center(400) receives a call from the driver, transmits the car diagnosis data to the central computer management system(200), enables the driver to make a contact with the car overhaul equipment(510,530) if the car needs a car overhaul, and offers various guides to the driver. The car overhaul equipment(510,530) overhaul the car, transmit the overhaul specification to the central computer management system(200), record the overhaul specification on the driver card(130), and issue a receipt.
