PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a plastic liquid crystal display device is provided to stably and safely attach and fix a plastic substrate to a roll-shaped supporting die for preventing the damage of a film by the bending of the plastic substrate and carrying out the sealing step as the substrate is wound on the supporting die, thereby simplifying the fabricating procedure and reducing the fabricating cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a plastic liquid crystal display device includes a supporting die(102) in the shape of roll to be wound with at least a single plastic substrate on a peripheral surface and having a hollow inside of the vacuum state, a plurality of holes(106) formed on the surface of the supporting die to be connected to the vacuum hollow inside for fixing the wound plastic substrate, and a shaft(104) mounted in the center of the supporting die to be protruded from both ends surfaces for the rotation of the roll-shaped supporting die.
