PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to remove a shock between a piston and a cylinder and prevent the generation of particles by installing springs at a top portion and a bottom portion of a cylinder, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A piston(12) is installed in the inside of an oil cylinder(10). A shaft(14) is coupled with the piston installed in the inside of the oil cylinder. The shaft is protruded to the outside of the oil cylinder. A shield(16) is installed on an outer circumference of the piston. The shield is used for maintaining a pressure of the inside of the oil cylinder when the piston performs a straight line motion. An upper spring(20) is installed at a top portion of the inside of the oil cylinder in order to remove a shock when the piston is stopped at the top portion of the inside of the oil cylinder. A lower spring(18) is installed at a bottom portion of the inside of the oil cylinder in order to remove the shock when the piston is stopped at the bottom portion of the inside of the oil cylinder.
