PURPOSE: A laser and microwave complicated communication device is provided to integrate a laser communication function, a microwave communication function, and a channel switching function into one device, and to adjust data synchronization during channel conversion between laser and microwave communication channels, thereby implementing miniaturization with lightness at low cost and enabling a stable channel conversion. CONSTITUTION: A laser communication unit has an LA transmitter, an APD receiver, and a limiter in order to form a laser communication channel. A microwave communication unit has an RF transmitter, an RF receiver, and a limiter in order to form a microwave communication channel. A signal processor(30) converts a data communication channel according to strength of a laser receiving signal in order to perform a signal processing for the laser communication unit and the microwave communication unit, controls on/off operations of power in the microwave communication unit, and maintains data synchronization between channels during channel conversion. |
