PURPOSE: An integrated shifting device of a manual transmission for a vehicle is provided to simplify the inner structure of the manual transmission and to improve shifting performance. CONSTITUTION: In an integrated shifting device of a manual transmission for a vehicle, a shift relay arm(52) mounted to a shift rod(50) is fixed to a crank lever(3). A 1-2 range shift end(54), a 3-4 range shift end(56) and a 5-R range shift end(58) are orderly projected with each different orientation angle to the outer periphery of the shift rod mounted with the shift relay arm. Shift forks(60,62,64) to move clutch sleeves of each range are disposed to a control plate. The shift forks are separated from the shift rod. Selection grooves for fitting the shift ends are formed to the shift forks.
