摘要 PURPOSE: A treatment apparatus and a method of liquid fermented fertilizer produced from organic waste by using aerobic fermentation bacteria are provided to improve quality of liquid fertilizer, and enable filtrates to be used as water through separation of fermented liquid and solid, and to concentrate the separated liquid by separation module and reverse osmotic unit, respectively. CONSTITUTION: The treatment apparatus is characterized by comprising the parts of: a separation module(100) having a membrane(130) for separating solid and fermented liquid; a reverse osmotic unit(200) for separating concentrated liquid fertilizer and filtrates; and optionally a sterilizing unit(300) for long term storage of the concentrated liquid fertilizer. The separation module contains a screen(110) and a membrane to remove solids from the liquid fertilizer, an air supply unit(140) to increase the separation effect and decrease contamination of the membrane, and an antifoaming unit(150) to remove foams arising from air ejected from the air supply unit. The reverse osmotic unit contains a reverse osmotic sieve(210), a press pump(310) for pressing the separated liquid fertilizer, a concentration vessel(230) to control the flux of the separated liquid and concentrate the separated liquid not passed through the osmotic membrane, and a flux controlling vessel(240) to control the flux of liquid fertilizer flown over the concentration vessel.
