RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR STEEL CORD OF PNEUMATIC TIRE

PURPOSE: A rubber composition for a steel cord of pneumatic tire which has excellent heat and aging resistances and anti-fatigue property, and low heat generating property is provided. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition for a steel cord of pneumatic tire comprises 100 parts by weight of a natural rubber, 40 to 80 parts by weight of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption surface area of 70 to 100 m2/g and DBP oil absorption of 60 to 100 ml/100g, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a diphenylamine-based anti-aging agent and 2 to 7 parts by weight of insoluble sulfur. The anti-aging agent comprises 10% of mono-cumylated diphenylamine of formula 1 and 90% of dicumylated diphenylamine of formula 2.
