PURPOSE: An apparatus for downloading control frequency code data, a multifunctional remote controller, and a mobile communication terminal used as the same are provided to receive the control frequency code data according to each electronic device from a server, automatically set the received control frequency code data, and perform a remote controller function. CONSTITUTION: A server(330) stores control frequency code data according to each electronic device. A communication terminal(320) receives the control frequency code data stored in the server(330) through the Internet, and provides the received control frequency code data to a multifunctional remote controller(310). The multifunctional remote controller(310) receives the control frequency code data provided from the communication terminal(320), automatically sets the control frequency code data, and performs a remote controller function suitable for the control frequency code.
