APPARATUS FOR HYDRAULICALLY EXPANDING SLEEVE USED FOR REPAIRING ELECTRIC HEATING PIPE OF STEAM GENERATOR WITH FUNCTION CAPABLE OF TESTING WATER LEAKAGE

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to hydraulically expand a sleeve while simultaneously performing a water leakage test for the sleeve by using one mandrill. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower bladder hoses(24,44) are connected to a main control section. Upper and lower bladders(22,42) receive high-pressurized water through the upper and lower bladder hoses(24,44). A water feeding pipe(32) is connected between the upper and lower bladders(22,42) so as to supply high-pressurized water into a space formed between an inner wall of an electric heating pipe and the upper and lower bladders(22,42). A position setting device is provided to move the water feeding pipe(32) and the upper and lower bladders(22,42) to a sleeve expanding position, which is set in the electric heating pipe, or to a water leakage testing position, which is set in a sleeve inserted into the electric heating pipe.
