PURPOSE: A seed breeder is provided, as a supplementary function, to sow various kinds of plant seeds to take root on the slopes or banks after sprinkling various seeds, like grass, and nutrients on the nonwoven fabric, for accelerating the growth of the seeds securely, giving the enhanced environments in the nearby streams and the roads, providing recreational facilities, improving water quality and giving clean atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The seed breeder includes a plurality of dissecting parts(11,21) of + type in a uniform interval. The seeds and organic fertilizer(50) are sprinkled between the upper and lower nonwoven fabric(10,20) stuck with an adhesive agent(30) to take root on the upper and lower nonwoven fabric(10,20) for a certain period and grow there securely.
