PURPOSE: A prefabricated sandwich panel for a building is provided to improve fire resistance, thermal and sound insulating efficiencies. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated sandwich panel(1) for a building is formed triple by foaming a fireproof/adiabatic form layer whose main ingredient is inorganic fiber in a space between incombustible exterior boards, wherein the fireproof/adiabatic form layer is formed by mixing inorganic fiber such as glass fiber, rock wool and slag fiber with binder, then foaming or foaming a nitrogen foam and curing the surface.
