THERMAL DECOMPOSABLE ANTICORROSIVE OIL COMPOSITION FOR FINNED TUBE

PURPOSE: A thermal decomposable anticorrosive oil composition for a finned tube is provided, which is degraded by heat and removed to prevent the generation of corrosion during manufacturing and operation and to improve the heat transfer efficiency of a finned tube during operation. CONSTITUTION: The anticorrosive oil composition comprises 10-30 parts by weight of a liquid polymer of polyolefin, polyethylene, polybutene and polybutadiene having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less; 1-10 parts by weight of a solid paraffin wax; 20-40 parts by weight of a petroleum-based solvent; 20-40 parts by weight of metal petroleum sulfate; and 20-40 parts by weight of oxidized petroleum. Preferably the solid paraffin wax has a melting point of 50-57 deg.C; the petroleum-based solvent is solvent naphtha, mineral spirit or their mixture; the metal of the metal petroleum sulfate is Mg, Zn, Ba or their mixtures; and the oxidized petroleum is a carboxylic acid aliphatic compound.
