PURPOSE: A method of preparing ball-shaped processed foodstuffs is provided to differentiate the taste of the foodstuffs in various manners. CONSTITUTION: In a method of preparing ball-shaped processed foodstuffs, gluten-containing wheat flour, a small amount of inflating agent, additives containing a first thin condiment, and water being three to five times more than the amount of the wheat flour are mixed to make a thin-tasted dough fluid. A lump of thinly sliced meat of 5-15g is seasoned with a second thick condiment with the taste of soy sauce, and baked. An edible oil is applied to the semi-spherical shaped groove of a pre-heated mold with a diameter of 30-60mm, and the dough fluid is flown into the groove. The baked meat lump is put onto the dough. The mold is heated while being rotated such that the dough is hardened in the shape of a sphere. A third thin condiment with the taste of soy sauce is applied to the spherical-shaped food product. |
