PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a reservation voice and sound in a mobile communication terminal is provided to record a voice or a sound corresponding to each button of the mobile communication terminal, combine the voice or the sound during a telephone conversation, and transmit intention to an object by adding a reservation sound transmission function to the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user of a mobile communication terminal selects a reservation sound transmission mode added in the mobile communication terminal in case of expressing the intention of the user to an object(S12). If a signal corresponding to the reservation sound transmission mode is generated, a reservation sound menu is displayed on an LCD of the mobile communication terminal(S13). The user selects a button corresponding to a reservation sound transmitted through a button unit of the mobile communication terminal(S14). The DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) corresponding to the selected button is detected, and numerical information is read through the DTMF signal for transmitting voice or sound data stored in a memory address corresponding to numerical information to an object and detecting an other button selection signal(S15).
