THERMOSETTING FLAME RETARDANT MATERIAL COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A thermosetting flame retardant material composition is provided, which is free from halogen and is used to remove the corrosion and discoloration of the exterior of zinc-plated iron wires of a cable and the tinned copper of iron wires. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting flame retardant material composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin mixture of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and a polar group-containing ethylene vinyl acetate; 80-180 parts by weight of a hydrated metal compound mixture of magnesium hydroxide and hydrotalcite; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a lubricant and a processing auxiliary; 2-10 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; 5-20 parts by weight of a flame retardant auxiliary; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a coupling agent; 0.5-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking auxiliary; and 3-15 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent.
