PURPOSE: A pigment mixing and measuring cup is provided to stably support a cup holder and to reduce manufacturing cost thereof by simplifying a structure of a body of the pigment mixing and measuring cup. CONSTITUTION: A pigment mixing and measuring cup includes a cup-shaped pigment mixing vessel(10) having a plurality of undercut parts(110), and a cup holder(20). The undercut parts(110) are protruded from an upper portion of the cup-shaped pigment mixing vessel(10). The cup holder(20) has upper and lower circular frames(210,220) for supporting a body of the cup-shaped pigment mixing vessel(10) and upper and lower supporters(230) for connecting the upper and lower circular frames(210,220) to each other. The undercut parts(110) of the cup-shaped pigment mixing vessel(10) are locked with the upper circular frame(210). A handle(30) extends from the upper circular frame(210) to the lower circular frame(220).
