DEVICE FOR GUIDING ORES IN BLENDING RECLAIMER

PURPOSE: An ore guider of a blending reclaimer is provided to guide ores from a chute to the center of a conveyor belt by installing a guiding plate inside the chute and adjusting the guiding plate through a guide rod under a rack gear. CONSTITUTION: A guiding plate(21) is installed inside a chute(5) to prevent the eccentricity of ores to be fallen to a conveyor belt(6) through the chute. A center shaft(22) is integrally fixed in the upper part of the guiding plate to support and rotate the guiding plate. Both ends of the center shaft are fixed in the chute by a plummer block after penetrating through the chute. One end of the center shaft is extended via the plummer block. A circular gear(24) is installed in the extended portion. A pair of rack gears(32) are geared with the circular gear and inserted in a guiding plate(34) in the chute to move upward and downward. A pair of guide rods(33) are protruded under the rack gears. An elastic member is installed directly under the guide rods and fixed in the outer wall of the chute. Thereby, ores in a blending yard are guided to the center of a conveyor belt through the guiding plate.
