PURPOSE: The Korean language learning device is provided to learn Korean language within a short time by learning the principle of hangul jamo composition. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of consonants(1) are used for forming the initial sound. A plurality of vowels are used for forming the medial sound. The vowel(2) is located at a right side of the consonant or a lower side of the consonant, or the right and the lower sides of the consonant. In addition, the consonants are used for forming the final sound. The consonants used for forming the initial sound, the vowels used for forming the medial sound, and the consonants used for forming the final sound are printed on individual cards. One letter is made by combing the consonants used for forming the initial sound, the vowels used for forming the medial sound, and the consonants used for forming the final sound. A bar code is printed on the card to output the voice sound.
