DEVICE FOR PREVENTING OVERLOAD BY USING ROTATING FORCE OF PULLEY

PURPOSE: An overload preventing device is provided to maximize the unloading efficiency by preventing an overload and minimizing a deadlock of an equipment. CONSTITUTION: Many driving sprockets(33a,b) and band sprockets(35a,b) are installed in lower chutes(15a,b). A driving chain(36) is arranged to be hung in the sprockets. Many rollers are elastically operated on a frame of an upper belt conveyor(10) on the lower chutes. A forward roller driver(20) and a backward roller driver(21) are alternatively installed on both shafts of the rollers and are selectively geared with the driving chain according to the load of the belt conveyor. Thereby, the reduction of the unloading efficiency and the environmental pollution are prevented.
