PURPOSE: A method of preparing a pre-washed rice with the content of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus is provided to make the rice product bear excellent taste and flavors while facilitating the intake of the Acanthopanax favorable to the health. CONSTITUTION: In a method of preparing a pre-washed rice, a material of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus is cleaned, and dried. The Acanthopanax material is pulverized with a particle size of 30 micrometers or less. The Acanthopanax powder is diluted in water in a ratio of 30:70 to make a suspension. The suspension of 40 liters is consumed to make a pre-washed rice of 10,000kg. A brown rice with the moisture content of 14% or less is stored in a tank, and the suspension is sprayed thereto while elevating the moisture content thereof to be 15%. The rice(1) soaked with the suspension(2) is allowed to stand for one hour, and the suspension is again sprayed thereto while elevating the moisture content thereof to be 16-17%. The soaked rice is then dried naturally or by using a dryer while reducing the moisture content thereof to be 14% or less. |
