PURPOSE: A method for instantly settling stock price through online is provided to enable stock sellers to get the necessary money instantly by transmitting the information of the instant settlement to a server system and making stock companies settle the price excluding a commission after requesting the stock trading price for the instant settlement to the server system. CONSTITUTION: The stock company requests the trading approval to the system server by selecting the instant settlement(S2). The server system checks the trading approval request(S3). In case of the trading approval request for the instant settlement, the system server relays the instant settlement trading request information to an instant settlement server of the stock company asking the trading approval(S6). The stock company decides the instant settlement trading approval, and fixes the trading price excluding the commission of the instant settlement. The stock trading price is transferred to a bank account of the stock seller(S7), and at the same time, the transfer confirmation is informed to the stock company(S20).
