PURPOSE: Provided is a method of producing a cosmetics of clear lipgloss, thereby providing stick typed clear lipgloss products which characteristically contains water for skin moisturization. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing a cosmetics of clear lipgloss is characterized by the steps of: mixing 19% of purified water, 5% of wax, 17% of multivalent alcohol and 59% of alcohol alkoxylate; heating the mixture thereof to 80 deg.C; dissolving the heated mixture uniformly; and forming the dissolution.
