PURPOSE: A coater roll of strip plating process is provided to coat organic solution on the surface of plating strip uniformly by closely adhering the rubber tube to curved part of strip as a part of the outer rubber roller is being expanded along the curved shape of the plating strip. CONSTITUTION: In a coater roll apparatus for coating an organic solution on the surface of a plating strip which completes plating during manufacturing of the plating strip in strip plating process, the coater roll of the strip plating process is characterized in that a plurality of electromagnets(68) and permanent magnets(82) are arranged circumferentially and longitudinally on a roll body(15) rotated by a motor(10) in such a way that the electromagnets(68) and permanent magnets(82) are overlapped, a fixed pipe(30) comprising a conductor(30) for supplying a power supply to the electromagnets(68) are formed on the inner surface of the roll body(15), a rubber pipe(45) is mounted on the outer surface of the roll body(15) so that the permanent magnets(82) are expanded to the outside, and the rubber pipe(45) is projected to a curved part of the plating strip by expanding diameter of the rubber pipe(45) so that the organic solution is coated on the curved part.
