PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a drain pan of a duct type air conditioner is provided to improve working efficiency by assembling and disassembling the drain pan conveniently with forming a stopper in the rear part of a bracket. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes a case connected to a suction duct and a discharge duct; a blower installed in the case to suck indoor air; a heat exchanger(64) exchanging heat with air from the blower; a drain pan(67) collecting condensate from the heat exchanger; and a bracket(70) fixing the drain pan in the case. The drain pan is fastened in the case by forming a stopper(72) in the bracket to decide position of the drain pan, and an assembling unit is installed in the bracket to fix the drain pan to the case. The drain pan is assembled and disassembled easily without disassembling the heat exchanger.
